Practice Areas

Elizabeth’s law practice focuses on the employee.

Over almost four decades of work, she has represented employees at every level, from CEOs to line workers, and in almost every industry. Her practice has also spanned the issues those clients face, including discrimination of all types – sex, age, gender, national origin, race, disability, religion and sexual orientation – retaliation, equal pay, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, unpaid wages, employment contracts, non-competition clauses and severance negotiations. And she has delivered.

Today, Elizabeth is serving in leadership positions in several high profile civil rights cases, including what is expected to be a landmark case involving a noose hung over an employee’s desk, a nationally covered tenure denial case, and a certified class action discrimination case.
