Kristen's employment practice focuses on the employee, representing employees in class and collective action litigation for overtime pay, minimum wages, regular wages and commissions.
Kristen currently represents thousands of workers in certified and conditionally certified class/collective actions against Wal-Mart, Federal Express, 1-800-East-West Mortgage Company, Cactus Salon and other major companies. She also represents thousands of temporary staffing workers in a wage and tip theft case, construction workers in a prevailing wage and overtime case, call-center employees in a minimum wage and overtime case and cable installers in an overtime case.

Experience
Prior to joning Gordon Law Group in June 2004, Kristen worked at Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, PC where she advised clients with respect to wrongful termination, vicarious liability, fiduciary duties and employment law matters.
Her recent successes include settling certified class/collective actions on behalf of 2,490 bartenders, cocktail staff and banquet workers of a major staffing agency (checks mailed Oct. 14, 2009), 66 employees working in an in-house call-center of a Fortune 500 company (preliminary approval granted Oct. 20, 2009), and 134 employees of a major retail wireless operation (checks mailed Dec. 3, 2008).
